Booking & Scheduling

How do I get a free quote?

Get a free quote using the form on our website, call us at (720) 738-4618, or email info@chloescleaningcompany.com. Chloe's support team sends your quote and confirms provider availability within a few hours.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Absolutely. Chloe's helps customers book weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring schedules with providers in our referral network. Many customers save money and enjoy consistency with a regular plan — just mention your preference at booking.

How much notice do you need to schedule a cleaning?

Booking at least 48 hours in advance is recommended to ensure provider availability. For same-day or next-day requests, please call us directly — Chloe's support team will do its best to accommodate.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a short-notice fee.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on your home's size, service type, and frequency. Chloe's provides upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Use our booking form for an estimate, or call for a custom quote.

What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean covers all the essential areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen surfaces, and trash. A deep clean includes everything in the standard plus inside appliances, baseboards, cabinet fronts, window sills, grout scrubbing, and more. A deep clean is recommended for first-time customers or after extended periods between cleanings.

Do providers bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment?

For many bookings, the accepted independent provider brings standard cleaning products and equipment appropriate for the requested service. If you have a preferred product or a sensitivity to certain chemicals, note it during booking and Chloe's will relay the request to the accepted provider where possible.

Do you offer discounts for recurring customers?

Yes. Customers who schedule recurring weekly or bi-weekly bookings typically receive a lower rate per visit than one-time bookings. Ask about recurring pricing when you contact us.

Trust & Safety

How are cleaning providers vetted?

Providers in Chloe's referral network may be required to provide identification, reference information, background-check documentation, and other platform eligibility materials. Cleaning providers are independent contractors, not employees of Chloe's Cleaning Company. Background-check requirements vary by service type and are subject to change.

Is Chloe's insured?

Chloe's Cleaning Company maintains business insurance covering its platform, booking, customer-support, and administrative operations. Independent cleaning providers are responsible for their own work methods, supplies, and any insurance they carry. If a damage concern arises during a booking, Chloe's support team will help document the issue and coordinate next steps.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

Customers should contact Chloe's support team within 24 hours of the booking. Chloe's will help document the concern, communicate with the accepted provider, and coordinate a practical resolution.

What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

Chloe's offers a customer concern resolution process. If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of your booking and Chloe's will help document the issue and coordinate a re-clean of the specific area(s) with the accepted provider — at no additional charge.

During the Cleaning

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — many customers are away at work or running errands. You can share a key, door code, or garage access at booking, and Chloe's relays those details to the accepted provider. The provider locks up when leaving, and Chloe's can follow up with a completion confirmation.

Do I need to tidy up before the provider arrives?

It helps but isn't required. We ask that floors are reasonably clear of clutter so the provider can clean effectively. If you'd like light tidying and organizing handled, consider adding the Organization & Decluttering booking option.

How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A standard cleaning for a 2-bedroom home typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours. Deep cleans and move-in/out cleans take longer. Chloe's shares a time estimate when you book.

Do providers clean homes with pets?

Yes — providers in our network are pet-friendly. Please note your pets at booking, especially if they're prone to anxiety around strangers, and Chloe's will share the details with the accepted provider so the visit is comfortable for everyone.
