We will also be  dusting hard-to-reach areas, and removing built-up dirt and grime from various surfaces. Deep cleaning is recommended for spaces that have not been cleaned for an extended period, or for clients who desire a more intensive and detailed cleaning session. We prefer to start off all new clients with a deep clean, it allows our providers to level the playing field and set themselves up to maintain your home with regular standard cleaning.

To ensure we can accommodate your preferred schedule, we recommend booking your cleaning service with Chloe's Cleaning Company at least one week in advance. This allows us to adequately plan and assign a dedicated cleaning team for your property, ensuring we can meet your specific requirements and deliver the high-quality service we pride ourselves on.

However, we understand sometimes there might be last-minute cleaning needs or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. Rest assured that during our cleaning services, we typically assign one or two trained cleaning professionals to your property, depending on the scope of the cleaning service and the size of the space.

Payment and Pricing Questions:

You will not be charged until after the service is provided and you are 100% satisfied with your clean. We do “pre charge” or place a HOLD on the card 24 hours in advance of the clean and will not send a provider to the job site without a valid card on file.

Our pricing is competitive and based on the specific services you require. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden charges. We only accept credit cards as payment.
