Calls and messages. Calls to and from our business phone numbers may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep voicemails and text messages. We and the service providers working for us use AI tools to summarize and review these communications to support bookings, handle service concerns, check quality and coach our team. This includes calls and messages with customers and with cleaning providers.

If your booking moves to a different provider, we share the same details with them.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
